Epiphan Systems Inc., a leader in professional audiovisual capture, recording, and streaming products, announced today the company will begin operating under a new trade name and will be known as Epiphan Video effective immediately. At the same time, the company updated their logo and added a new tagline “capture - stream - record”. The company’s website has been updated to reflect the new logo and name; both will also be featured prominently in advertising at the upcoming tradeshow, InfoComm15. The company’s ownership and staff have not changed and the company’s official legal name remains Epiphan Systems Inc. “Epiphan has been in business since 2003, using the same logo for more than ten years,” said Vice President of Marketing, David Kirk. “Over the years, Epiphan’s products have evolved from simple capture products to a wide range of live video production tools for capture, streaming and recording. When we set out to freshen the corporate look we also wanted to more specifically reflect our expertise in video capture, video encoding and video recording. We’re pleased that the new name and tag line accurately emphasize the broad product line Epiphan Video brings to AV professionals.”
