Time Inc. and JASH Announce Strategic Partnership

NEW YORK(28 Sep 2016)

Time Inc. (NYSE: TIME), one of the world’s leading media companies, and JASH, an award-winning content shop, digital network and comedy community, announced today that they have entered into a strategic partnership.

Under the agreement, The Foundry, Time Inc.’s state-of-the-art creative lab and content studio, and JASH will jointly provide a multi-platform comedy content creation engine for advertisers. JASH will bundle its content with Time Inc.’s premium digital media and will offer its content to the Time Inc. digital audience.

JASH will help Time Inc. deepen its relationships with the JASH community of established and emerging comedic talent. Clients will also be able to use JASH’s creative capabilities and access its founding creative team—Emmy-nominated comedy producers Daniel Kellison (Jimmy Kimmel LiveLate Show with David Letterman), Doug DeLuca (Jimmy Kimmel Live) and digital video vet Mickey Meyer (Epic Rap Battles).

Erik Moreno, Executive Vice President of Business Development for Time Inc., who spearheaded the alliance, said, “Time Inc. is excited to offer its clients a new content vertical—comedy. By teaming with JASH, we will provide audiences and advertising partners with even more premium content and creative solutions.
