Qualifications:

You are a highly experienced system developer/architect and you are familiar with the most common programming languages and technologies. You probably have a Master of Science in computer engineering, computer science or similar and 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with systems involving software and hardware for service critical applications. You also have a good understanding of the software development process, and previous leadership experience is preferred.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a pragmatic and solutions oriented approach. You are a self-starter who enjoys working both independently and in a team. You combine leadership skills with humor and interpersonal skills. You can also communicate efficiently both internally and externally. Since we have a strong international focus with employees in seven countries and customers across the globe, it is important that you master English in speech and writing.
