5+ years of Executive CEO level customer service support with the innate sense of urgency, diplomacy and effective verbal communication skills is essential including:
-Expert in root cause analysis troubleshooting/triage, Cisco Call Manager, TMS, support end-users training on Cisco Telepresence systems, Cisco Digital Signage and audio visual systems.
-Expert in streaming architecture methodologies. (Unicast, IP Multicast, P2P)
-Requires LIVE event experience with capture, encoding, streaming formats, distribution, content protection, playback technologies, and on-premises vs. cloud solutions
Experience with RSTP H.264/5, HLS, HEVC, VP9, MPEG-DASH, Windows Media encoders/servers
Must be self-sufficient with excellent time management skills, and be able to provide detailed explanations on reported issues as well as be responsive to local office and IT management
Experience with Digital Rapids Broadcast Manager, Vbrick appliance encoders/replicators
HTML5 Webdev, Windows security, file hierarchy authentication/management
Preferred:BSCS degree or equivalent experience. 4-5 years in a corporate enterprise with AV production/streaming industry experience preferred.
Current Streaming Media West/East affiliation, Streaming Media University Certified or Akamai streaming affiliation is a plus.
