•5+ years of experience running direct marketing campaigns, preferable with a SAAS company
•Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, social media, demand generation, and rules-based lead nurturing
•Strong analytic capability with response analysis experience
•Demonstrated proficiency with multiple formats of demand generation, including, but not limited to email, website, PPC, SEO, Social, direct mail, and telemarketing
•Experience with database management functions, including list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, segmentation, tagging, custom report creation and import/export of CRM data
•Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, software-as-a-service, and the digital advertising industries
•Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
•Proven track record in project management, and the ability to rapidly shift priorities based upon marketplace demand
•Excellent written and oral communication skills including experience preparing briefings for industry analysts
•Demonstrated success in working within cross functional teams and effective project management and analytical/decision-making skills
•Self-starter, high-energy, with ability to execute on business objectives
•Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills
•Ability to multitask, change priorities rapidly and work under pressure
