ThrottleBox Player Version 2.5 Released

Spectra.Net Communications officially released version 2.5 of its ThrottleBox Player software. The ThrottleBox (http://www.throttlebox.com) is an in-your-face multimedia player targeted at the younger generation.

The player can handle all types of media (video, audio, images, text, and hyperlinks) in one single downloadable file (a "BOX file"). Spectra.Net shows offs its free BOX files showcasing music, comedy, cartoons, films, and more.

The company says that BOX files can play streaming files and downloadle files and they can be contained in one BOX file. Also available is the ThrottleBox Assembly Tool Bronze, which lets users create their own multimedia files.

Spectra.Net Communications is based in Johnson City, New York and is a developer of downloadable multimedia and solutions. Clients include the National Golf Foundation, Telebrands/As Seen on TV, Madison Square Garden, AIG Life, Dow Jones, Combe Incorporated and the National Mentoring Partnership
