Talkway Enables Audio/Video Emails for EarthLink Users

Audio provider Talkway (http://www.talkway.com) announced a multi-million dollar agreement with EarthLink to enable audio and video email to EarthLink members.

The EarthLink deal with be made available to members who sign up for EarthLink Sprint Internet service through the company's site. They will receive the opportunity to create, edit and stream personal audio and video messages through a co-branded Web site (http://www.earthlink.net/talkway)

"Talkway's Talk More Ways services offer people a quick and easy way to create and share personal messages with the people they miss most," said Fabrice Hamaide, president and CEO of Talkway. "People can record as much as they want in a stream without worrying about bogging down their recipients' email or annoying system administrators and Internet service providers around the world, because all the information is streamed through the Talkway Web site."

Since people talk faster than they type, says Howard Lefkowitz, EarthLink's vice president of business development and Internet marketing, it allows members to quickly communicate with their friends and family.
