RioPort Looking for New Chief Executive Officer

RioPort (http://www.encorioportding.com) said it was looking for a new president and chief executive officer for the company. The new CEO will replace David Watkins and will lead the company to its proposed IPO later this year.

Watkins was brought on as president of RioPort in June 1999 to manage the spin-off of the company from Diamond Multimedia/S3 Inc. and to help the company secure its first round of financing, both of which were achieved in the fourth quarter of 1999.

Watkins is leaving to join Talk City, a community-based Internet site, as president and chief operating officer.
