RadicalMail Adds E-mail Marketer ClickAction To Client List

E-mail marketing company ClickAction (http://www.clickaction.com)announced it was going to use RadicalMail's streaming e-mail technology into its service.

RadicalMail (http://www.radicalmail.com) offers customers HTML advertising delivered to user's email that features streaming audio, video and other rich graphics. It allows allows recipients to get more information, or even purchase from within the e-mail message.

As an e-mail marketer, ClickAction sees this as a big plus. "By integrating this new technology we can enhance thecustomer's experience and streamline the buying process, enabling our clientsto achieve higher conversion rates," said George Grant, senior vice president of marketing atClickAction.

The recipient of these rich ads don't need to load a browser or a media player—everything happens inside the ad itself. RadicalMail can even track a number of data about the ad like, what they clicked on, when, how long the media was played, etc.
