Polycom Ships ViewStation FX Videoconferencing System

Polycom (http://www.polycom.com) today announced it is shipping the new ViewStation FX videoconferencing system that delivers TV-like video.

The ViewStation FX offers multipoint conferencing as well as voice-activated switching, continuous presence, chair control and address book dialing.

The ViewStation FX can be hooked up to the Polycom StreamStaion, which allows users to conduct live webcasts of meetings or events using streaming audio and video.

The ViewStation FX H.323 and the ViewStation FX V.35 are available for $14,999 and $16,999 respectively.
