On2.com Names Douglas McIntyre President and CEO

On2.com (http://www.on2.com) today announced the appointment of Douglas A. McIntyre as President and Chief Executive Officer. He takes over for On2 Founder Dan Miller, who continues as Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Board ofDirectors.

"Based on the extremely successful launch of our first broadband Webchannels, I personally felt the time was right to bring in a seasonedexecutive with financial background to help us quickly extend our technologyto the business-to-business marketplace," said Miller.

McIntyre most recently served as President and CEO of Future Source/BridgeLLC, a distributor of investment information software.

Previously, McIntyre was President of Switchboard.
