Digital Lava Releases HotFoot for PowerPoint

Digital Lava (http://www.digitallava.com) announced the release of HotFoot, a new tool that combines PowerPoint with streaming media. It also unveiled a hosting service called HotFoot Host.

HotFoot is an add-in for PowerPoint 97 and 2000 that lets users narrate and edit their slides and then package them into a streaming media file. Its HotFoot Host service is subscription-based and lets customers store and manage HotFoot presentations.

"Just as PowerPoint has become the standard in presentation tools, HotFoot will enable streaming media to become a ubiquitous method of communications," said Bob Greene, chief executive officer, Digital Lava. "We designed HotFoot to provide millions of PowerPoint users the ability to create interactive streaming media content right on their desktops."

HotFoot is priced at $49.99 and is available for download.
