Algo Vision PLC - OEM Agreement With Mavix

Algo Vision plc is pleased to announce that its subsidiary AlgoVision U.S., Inc., Delaware, has signed a three year OEMMemorandum of Understanding (""MOU"") with Mavix Ltd., Israel,for the distribution of a video communications codec forintegration into a ""Surveillance Multimedia Gateway."" The MOUstarts with an order for 400 units and allows for 100 units amonth for the next 3 years. The total turnover resulting fromthis agreement is expected to be in excess of US$ 3 millionover the coming 3 years.

Mavix is a leader in the state-of-the-art remote intelligentmonitoring industry with high-speed transfer of video datawithin a TCP/IP environment offering a solution designedprimarily for transportation, industrial process control andsecurity applications. Based on an ""open system architecture,""the Surveillance Multimedia Gateway has been developed tointegrate, manage and control all components of the monitoringsystem, including cameras, audio devices, monitors, alarms,sensors, and controllers. The system was designed to be opento future options and allow for the expansion of capacity andfunctionality in an efficient and resilient manner.

With this agreement, Algo Vision and Mavix will have theability to offer state-of-the-art remote intelligent monitoringsystems on a global basis creating an increased customer basewithin the growing security market. By combining thetechnologies of both groups, this system allows for easiermanagement and greater security for all surveillanceapplications.
